Enter your Italian Tax Code (Codice Fiscale) and the personal email address associated with your account.

Don't remember your personal email address?

To reset your password, you must use the personal email address associated with your account. If you do not remember it or no longer have access to it, follow the instructions for your user category.

Students and Portale Alice users

  • If you are an Italian citizen, access the Identity Portal using SPID or CIE to recover your password or update the personal email address associated with your Alice account.
  • If you are not an Italian citizen, request a change of your personal email address using the Personal Email Change Request form.

UniPi Staff

If your personal email address has not been verified, you will not be able to reset your password. In this case, please contact your IT Support Office.
